The National Small Business Persons of the Year are SBDC clients. Bobbie Jacobs-Ghaffar and Lesa Jacobs, co-owners of Native Angels Home Care & Hospice Agency, Inc. of Lumberton, North Carolina, are clients of the North Carolina Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC).
